Father Jim Cogleys group. (Closed Group) Saturday February 7th.
Shadow work: Arthur Burke is a member of Resurrexit community. He will present an introduction to Shadow work On Saturday February 14th from 2pm until 4pm.

DREAMS. Paul Bradley is a Psychotherapist and Dream Analyst; Paul will present two workshops on DREAMS on February 21st from 10.30 until 4.30 and again on April 18th from 10.30 until 4.30. Suggested donation €40 for each workshop.
DREAMS: “Dreams and the Dark Night of the Soul” The ‘dark night’ is the ‘most perilous journey’ the soul must take part on its path to spiritual transformation. Through dreams, the mystical insights of St. John of the Cross and St. Theresa of Avila and the psychological depth of Carl Jung this two-day workshop is an essential guide to the journey.

Praise choir: Join Nicholas and Maureen from 2pm until 4pm on Saturday March 14th.
The Top Five Regrets of Dying: Joey Feely will present a workshop on the regrets that people feel when they are facing death on Saturday March 21st from 10.30 until 4.30. This will be an experiential workshop where people reflect on these regrets. It is open to all ages and stages of life. People will come away with renewed clarity about their life course or life history.
Suggested donation €40.

APRIL

Dreams: Paul Bradley April 18th second workshop on dreams. See February details. Donation €40.
Music and Mindfulness: Dominic Coogan on April 25th from 10am to 1pm (date to be confirmed.) Dominic has been practicing mindfulness for over twenty years. He is trained in both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Compassionate Living. He has many years of experience working in schools an adult education. Suggested donation €20
This half day workshop will be an opportunity to experience how soothing music can take us deeper into mindfulness
“Formal mindfulness practice usually involves cultivating stillness in body and mind through silence. Playing music might seem to be in opposition to that. But the beauty of music, is often enhanced through the pauses between the notes. Mindfulness itself can be cultivated through the listening to or playing songs or instrumental pieces
MAY
A Spirituality for the second half of life.
Joey Feely will lead us in an exploration of the two halves of life in relation to spirituality. He will outline society’s and religion’s role in shaping the first half of life and how we need to build a different spirituality for the second half of life.
Fr. Richard Rohr’s book Falling Upward will be the primary text drawn from, for this workshop.
On Saturday 9th May from 10.30 until 4.30.
Suggested donation €40.
Celebrating Pentecost. Join Nicholas and Maureen from 2pm until 4pm to celebrate Pentecost Sunday 24th in Resurrexit.
